Why should you consider Bible study? Because you will know and understand the scriptures, your faith, yourself and others better.
Disciple I
This is an overview of the Old Testament. It is the basic study required before taking any of the other classes. There are only 17 sessions. We will be finished before Christmas. Fred Thomas is the leader.
Paul, the Apostle
After Jesus, Paul is the most important person in the New Testament. This study of 12 sessions deals with him as a person facing problems and struggles, as well as looking at his mission, message, letters, and his influence on our Christian faith. Fred Thomas is the leader.
Jesus in the Gospels
This group will continue the study they began last Spring, on Tuesdays at 1:30-3:30. It looks at the the way each Gospel writer presents similar events and teachings, and at the attractive, commanding, morally compelling figure of Jesus which emerges. Pastor Kay is the leader.
